    Coconut oil is saturated. Not the best for cardio health. As a doctor, you should see health and the body holistically

    Please be way of eggs and the fact that they contribute to high cholesterol. Your diet should be fresh meat and water only. No processed or cured meats (Stay away from deli meats!!). Limit veggies to 1-2 servings a week. No fruits, no dairy, no nuts, no seeds, no honey or molasses, no tea, no coffee, no caffeine. 1500 calories max per day. It's not rocket science, folks.

    As a plus 70 yo woman who has has been overweight her entire life I have found that a LCHF diet works but I have changed up 2 things : I have increased the protein and increased my intermittent fasting - although not for everyone , my normal fasting is usually 42 to 48 hours, no side effects, feel good and have continued to lose weight. I am more aware of what & when I' m eating than before. Have lower my BP and all lipid tests are within normal range !!

    3 months of no sugar, zero added salt and fat, whole food plant based mostly raw eating, and have lost over 2kg of visceral fat, and de-fatted my liver. It’s called the ‘Mastering Diabetes Programme’ run by a PHD biochemistry guru. Brilliant! Insulin sensitivity has returned on an extremely high carbohydrate diet, and blood pressure has returned to what it was in my 20s (122/68) from a high of 185/95 on Keto. My VO2 Max is improving, and at 66 I feel fantastic.

    I have been hovering on a weight number for 2 weeks. Just won’t budge.. I did the tip of the post it note. The first 3 days, I had the note about 20# lower.. thought maybe I should just do a few pounds. So I changed it and went 2 days without looking. Omg! This works. I can’t believe it.
